COVID-19 antiviral treatment is available to patients 12 years and up who visit Novant Health-GoHealth Urgent Care, test positive for COVID-19 and are deemed at risk through clinical evaluation. In order to be effective, treatment must be started within the first 5 days of symptoms.

There are many situations when you might want to get tested for COVID-19, even if you are fully vaccinated. If you are experiencing symptoms, you should get tested at one of our convenient centers. Common symptoms include:

Accordingly, all patients presenting for COVID-19 testing (including rapid and sample collection for offsite analysis) will be billed for a provider visit. It is your responsibility to understand whether and to what extent such charges will impact your out-of-pocket cost, as well as the extent to which your insurance covers urgent care visits and associated laboratory fees or charges.
